Use/Application:
Leaching Reagent YTJ-0103 is a new-generation leaching reagent designed to replace cyanide in leaching processes. It achieves high leaching efficiency and is suitable for various gold-containing ores and materials, including gold ores, primary ores, cyanide tailings, gold concentrates, roasting slag, and anode mud. It can be used in heap leaching, pool leaching, charcoal pulp, and stirring leaching processes. YTJ-0103 promotes efficient extraction while maintaining safety and environmental standards.


Features:

1. Low Toxicity and Environmentally Friendly: This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, poses no oxidizing or radioactive hazards, and is low in toxicity. It is a standard chemical product, environmentally safe. Toxicity testing conducted on the product by the Health Monitoring and Inspection Center revealed an acute oral toxicity (LD50) of 50.1 mg/kg BW in mice, lower in toxicity than caustic soda (LD50 of caustic soda is 40 mg/kg BW).

2. Stable Performance: Reduces interference from harmful substances such as arsenic and sulfur.

3. Wide Applicability: Suitable for heap leaching, tank leaching, and carbon-in-slurry (agitation leaching) processes for gold and silver oxide ores, primary ores, sulfide ores, cyanide tailings, and gold concentrates. It can be scaled up or down, making it particularly suitable for large-scale heap leaching.

4. High Leaching Rate: Effectively leaches gold ions at a higher and faster rate than sodium cyanide, improving recovery rates.
